Back in September, we ran a typical satisfaction survey amongst our clients to gather a sense of how well we serve them and to find out if there are areas where we need to improve.
This is not the first survey of this type that we have run and in the past, the results have always been positive overall. What we didn’t expect this year was to receive such a heart-warming response!
Before sharing the actual results with you, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our Tech Support Team for the excellent results, because it is only thanks to their professionalism and dedication that we are able to provide such a high-quality level of service to our clients.
So, what did our clients tell us?
While these are outstanding results, this doesn’t mean that we will rest on our laurels: at WellData we are constantly striving to provide an outstanding level of service to our clients, and we work hard to ensure that we understand their pain points and find solutions that work for them.
