Modern Slavery Policy

We confirm that WellData is not a relevant commercial organisation as defined by section 54 (“Transparency in supply chains etc.”) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”) with an annual turnover in excess of £36m and as such is not required to provide a slavery and human trafficking statement for each financial year of the organisation but WelData confirms that it does comply with this Act.

Supply chain
Although most of our suppliers (e.g. Dell) exceed the specific turnover required to guarantee they have suitable modern slavery control measures as a statutory requirement, a supply chain approval process features as part of our ISO-9001:2015-certified quality management system (QMS). This includes vetting our supply chain partners on their commitment to tackling slavery, human trafficking, and their compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
