ISO 20000-1:2018

IT Service Management

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is the first worldwide standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management. It describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers. WellData has been ISO 20000-1 accredited since 2009.

Information Security

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is the best practice specification that helps businesses and organisations to develop a best-in-class Information Security Management System (ISMS) which can be audited and certified. WellData has been awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification annually since 2009.

WellData was accepted onto the G-Cloud 10 Framework agreement in July 2018, G-Cloud 11 framework in July 2019, G-Cloud 12 framework for ‘Lot 3: Cloud Support’ in September 2020 and most recently, G-Cloud 13 in September 2023. We’re now ready to support UK government departments and the public sector with end-to-end or one-off services on all Cloud matters.

British Standard BS7858

Security Screening to BSI BS7858 2019 Standards

All WellData technical engineers are security cleared to BS7858 2019. This British Standard gives recommendations for the security screening of individuals to be employed in an environment where the security and/or safety of people, goods and services, personal data or property is a requirement of the employing organisation’s operations and/or where such security screening is in the public and/or corporate interest.
