ISO 9001:2015 provides a set of standardised requirements for a quality management system. It is the only standard within the ISO 9000 family of documents against which organisations can be certified. WellData have held this certification since 2009.

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is the first worldwide standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management. It describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers. WellData has been ISO 20000-1 accredited since 2009.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is the best practice specification that helps businesses and organisations to develop a best-in-class Information Security Management System (ISMS) which can be audited and certified. WellData has been awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification annually since 2009.

Cyber Essentials is a government-backed cyber security certification scheme that sets out a good baseline of cyber security suitable for all organisations in all sectors. The scheme addresses five key controls that, when implemented correctly, can prevent around 80% of cyber attacks.

WellData has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s new Technology Services 3 Framework (RM6100) the next iteration of the TS2 – (RM3804) Framework. We’re looking forward to helping the public sector run operations cost efficiently in three key areas of IT.

All WellData technical engineers are security cleared to BS7858 2019. This British Standard gives recommendations for the security screening of individuals to be employed in an environment where the security and/or safety of people, goods and services, personal data or property is a requirement of the employing organisation’s operations and/or where such security screening is in the public and/or corporate interest.
